Este merecido homenaje se llev\u00f3 a cabo en el Estadio del Polideportivo previo al partido entre el equipo de casa y el club Colima FC que terminaron empatando 0-0.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El Presidente Municipal le dio la bienvenida a \u201cXavi\u201d, lo felicit\u00f3 y platicaron durante algunos minutos recordando viejos tiempos en los diferentes campos llaneros de esta ciudad ya que ambos pertenecieron a la escuela de f\u00fatbol Chivas Reynosa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El Alcalde estuvo acompa\u00f1ado por Fabi\u00e1n Ram\u00edrez y Juan Carlos Rom\u00e1n, directivos del Club de F\u00fatbol Reynosa, para entregarle a B\u00e1ez un bonito reconocimiento ante los aplausos de la afici\u00f3n.<br>Durante m\u00e1s de 10 a\u00f1os el mediocampista reynosense se mantuvo vigente en la Primera Divisi\u00f3n del f\u00fatbol mexicano defendiendo camisetas muy importantes como Chivas, Toluca, Cruz Azul y Necaxa.
