El objetivo de este evento fue rendir tributo a este destacado g\u00e9nero musical.<\/p>\n<p>Durante el homenaje, se present\u00f3 el tema \u00abHuapango a Reynosa\u201d de la autor\u00eda del maestro Enrique Mart\u00ednez Ruiz, quien es el director de la Banda y la Orquesta Sinf\u00f3nica del IRCA.
