ESTADO SE EST\u00c1 EMPAPANDO DE TODO LO QUE SE REFIERE AL MANEJO DE LA ADMINISTRACI\u00d3N MUNICIPAL CON EL ASESORAMIENTO DE CESAR SAAVEDRA, UN POL\u00cdTICO QUE LE SABE A ESO Y M\u00c1S, ya que se ha desempe\u00f1ado en diferentes administraciones p\u00fablicas, con esa ayuda, la presidenta no tendr\u00e1 problemas de ning\u00fan tipo, siempre y cuando escuche a quien le sabe, el anterior alcalde sus asesores le aconsejaron y se\u00f1alaron los errores que estaba cometiendo, pero nunca escucho y el resultado es de todos conocido.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>LA ALCALDESA SE REUNI\u00d3, CON DIRECTORES DE \u00c1REAS ADMINISTRATIVAS DEL AYUNTAMIENTO y despu\u00e9s recorri\u00f3 la mayor\u00eda de las oficinas, donde saludo a los funcionarios y secretarias, siempre flanqueada por cesar Saavedra.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>RENUNCIA FELIPE GARZA NARV\u00c1EZ A SEGOB<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>SUPUESTAMENTE EL REPRESENTANTE DE SEGOB TAMAULIPAS, FELIPE GARZA NARV\u00c1EZ RENUNCI\u00d3 A SEGUIR EN ESE CARGO, ese es el argumento que \u00e9l dice, y vende la idea de que as\u00ed fue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Y ARGUMENTA GARZA NARV\u00c1EZ DE QUE LO HIZO PORQUE BUSCARA UN PUESTO DE ELECCI\u00d3N ELECTORAL, LOS QUE CONOCEMOS A ESTE POL\u00cdTICO, DUDAMOS QUE HAYA SIDO AS\u00cd, lo de la renuncia, pero creemos que no quiere que digan que lo renunciaron, en fin veremos en qu\u00e9 liana se cuelga ahora Jelipe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>EL PROYECTO DEL NUEVO CENTRO DE CONVENCIONES DE NUEVO LAREDO SER\u00c1 EXCEPCIONAL<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>EL GOBIERNO DEL ESTADO EN COORDINACI\u00d3N CON EL AYUNTAMIENTO DE NUEVO LAREDO, QUE DIRIGE EL PRESIDENTE MUNICIPAL ENRIQUE RIVAS CUELLAR, LLEVARAN A CABO LA CONSTRUCCI\u00d3N DEL PROYECTO DEL NUEVO CENTRO DE CONVENCIONES en terrenos que don\u00f3 la administraci\u00f3n municipal, y que sus medidas son de 3.3 hect\u00e1reas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>EL PROYECTO, INDIC\u00d3 EL EDIL, SER\u00c1 UN COMPLEJO INTEGRAL, donde el estilo del Centro de Convenciones, el Parque de B\u00e9isbol y el&nbsp;Mega Parque&nbsp;se integrar\u00e1n de manera sim\u00e9trica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>TENTATIVAMENTE SE TIENE PROGRAMADO EL INICIO DE ESTA IMPORTANTE OBRA, SEA A PRINCIPIOS DE NOVIEMBRE, SE\u00d1AL\u00d3 RIVAS CUELLAR QUE SE TIENE CALCULADO QUE LOS SERVICIOS P\u00daBLICOS, como agua potable y drenaje no afecten el suministro de estos a la dem\u00e1s poblaci\u00f3n, ya que contara con un sistema de reciclado de agua potable y de uso com\u00fan, ya que se instalaran equipos inteligentes y sustentables.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>CON ESTE TIPO DE OBRAS EXPRES\u00d3, EN NUEVO LAREDO SE GENERAR\u00c1N EMPLEOS, ya que la inversi\u00f3n privada que tambi\u00e9n va en este proyecto, la inversi\u00f3n oscila en los 140millones de
